Orders with more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.

Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it because many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
